Entry into force of the Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between Luxembourg and Serbia
On 27 December 2016, the Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Republic of Serbia has entered into force. The convention was signed on 15 December 2015 by Pierre Gramegna, Minister of Finance of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and Dušan Vujović, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia. The convention, established on the basis of the OECD model, will contribute to developing the economic and financial relations between the two countries.
